1.) Return Policy 
Thank you for shopping with us, as a small business we are especially grateful. But we understand that some items need to be tried on in person. Please see our full return policy details below.

7 Day Return:
  • Clothing
  • Shoes
All returnable items must have our original tag/stickers attached to receive a full refund.

The item will not be eligible for a refund if not in the same condition as when purchased. Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing components (for example, eyeglass cases, boxes, locks, dust covers, etc.).

Item(s) must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date.

Refunds will not include any original shipping costs.

RETURN SHIPPING LABEL:

The following shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total:

$13.20 - will be deducted from your return for the following items: 

  • tops
  • dresses
  • sweaters
  • shoes
  • pants

$18.30  - will be deducted from your return for the following items: 
  • coats
  • jackets
  • tall boots
Collecting Your Refund:
  • Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase less the shipping return total.
  • A refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement.
By shopping with us you have agreed to the return policies stated above.
2.) Where can I park?
There is metered parking all around the store on Polk Street and Broadway. There is also a parking garage on Pacific Avenue, beneath Lombardi Sports.

3.) How is the store arranged?
The store is divided into two sections, based on brand: designer items on one side and boutique/department store brands on the other.  All clothing and shoes are arranged by color. Because many brands have varying sizes (and some items may have been altered), we feel it is easier to find items this way.

4.) I don't know where to begin! Can I get some help?
Absolutely! Our staff is always happy to help you find the perfect outfit for any occasion, or point you in the right direction. If you know you are coming in later, feel free to give us a call and we can put aside some items we think you might like.

5.) I've been looking for a certain item. Can you call me if it comes in?
Yes, we do have a wish list! However, due to the number of requests we get, it is a good idea to call periodically anyway.

6.) When do items go on sale?
Items are marked down on a case by case basis. New or high end items, such as Chanel or Hermes–are rarely marked down. You are always welcome to ask the staff if an item can be reduced.

7.) Can I put items on layaway?
Yes. We require a deposit of 25% of the cost and allow one to two weeks to complete the transaction.
